What You’ll Actually Do
Your job is to work from your office or home office to find commissioned Sales Representatives who live in any one of the client’s more than 80 sales markets nationwide to sell Above Ground Swimming Pools. Your job is simple in theory and chaotic in practice: find amazing humans and convince them to work here instead of literally anywhere else. This is a virtual position that can be performed from anywhere in the world so it doesn’t matter where you are. You can work at your own pace and make as much money as you’re here to make
WHY IT’S SO EASY TO EARN: Here’s why your job will be so easy and why your applicants will want the job you’re getting paid to fill. Our client will provide the Sales Rep you hire with 2-3 pre-set ,credit pre-approved appointments every day and of course your new hires will never be asked for a single dime for those expensive appointments. Also, your new hires will never be required to do any cold calling of any kind because our client advertises on the internet and on nationwide television so the appointments they’ll be given and running are never shared with another Sales Rep and they’re always the hottest appointments in the home improvement industry!!! And believe me when I tell you, your applicants are going to love to hear that!! New hires get a base salary per appointment This position is perfect for recruiters of all skill levels.
ABOUT RECRUITERS PAY: The average Recruiter hires an average of 6-10 new Sales Reps per week. That’s an average $2400 wk on the lower end. You the Recruiter will be paid a flat commission for every new Sale Representative you hire that graduates from sales training and runs just two pre-set and credit pre-approved appointments given to them by the client. You’ll get paid 50% up front and the remainder 50% after graduation. It’s that easy!
RECRUITERS TRAINING PROVIDED: Recruiting experience (great!) and even sales experience (also great!) to have but you do not need experience to be successful and to make the kind of money we make in this industry. Free online training and ongoing support via text, email, and by phone is always available to you day and night. This is a seasonal contract, if you do a great job for us this year you will be invited back to work with us on this contract every year for as long as you would like to work on it.
ABOUT RECRUITERS ADVERTISING: To really maximize your income here with us you’ll have to have the ability to post help wanted ads online in order to be able to hire new sales representatives from over 80 of our client’s hiring cities across the United States, not just in your local area. And there are hundreds of free or low-cost employment advertising options and ideas that you can use in addition to all of the social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat. It’s also important to take advantage of traditional job boards like Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, Career Builder, CraigsList, LinkedIn, and GlassDoor. But the absolute best way to understand where you should be advertising to find new applicants for the position would be to think about all the places you’ve been looking for work online and start advertising there.
